A Florida native, Jade has resided on the Nature Coast for over 24 years. She and her husband, along with their two boys live in Williston, FL, a small rural town 30 minutes east of the Gulf of Mexico. They thoroughly enjoy all of the recreational activities this area has to offer, and covet the “small town” way of life that is becoming harder to find. Growing up and now raising her family in Levy County, Jade has developed a sense of community that has given her a unique perspective as to what many families are searching for when moving into a more rural area.?
While watching her father work in construction, Jade developed a love for all things “building” related. She nurtured this love by working on many projects with her dad, and later obtaining a degree in Interior Design. Early on Jade developed an interest in real estate and soon became involved in investment properties and land acquisition.?
Being both a homeowner and an investor, Jade is empathetic to her clients as they navigate the ever changing real estate climate.
